- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Total waste of time. Russ Hall degraded , blamed and embarrassed me. Let my attacker Jason Michael Diaz walk away home free. When I got the letter stating that the case was not going to court it even had the wrong date for whether attack happened. All investigators from justice center just implied i was imagining it and refused to interview other victims of Jason Diaz. There was zero police work involved. Do not waste your time. If you get referred to this agency just drop it. They are not going to help. The Justice center is just the state of NY's way of sweeping crimes committed by their employees under the rug.By Silence Golden, August 29, 2017
