- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆First Niagara Bank was purchased by Key Bank. I received a check, First Niagara and went into the Delaware Ave branch to cash it. The teller could not pull up the account. Three Key Bank employees tried to help after many phone calls nothing. They spoke to the person who wrote the check. The system just is not working with the merger. After waiting over a hour I was told I could deposit it at my bank. The teller slide the check back to me and said "We can not cash this check". I said, You should at least say sorry sir". I use to do business with Key Bank and rememberd why I don't. Poor service.By Rob Hickey, February 22, 2017
